Coach Ali, who works at Tottenham and managed the Karma to a win against Umraniyespor in Turkey is holding trials for his Academy in Enfield & Barnet.

Tottenham Scout Ali Mustafa owns Pro Elite Football Academy in Enfield, Southgate & Barnet and trains young children as young as 18 months up to Year 7.

Ali Mustafa, who managed the U16 London Turkish Karma in their 2-0 win against Umraniyespor, is looking for more players to develop this season.

His Academy, which has over 1,000 players and has signed over 10 players to Premier League clubs, is holding trial sessions for new players who are looking to develop their game and be coached at a top standard.

Recently, one player who joined Ali when he was 4 years old, signed for Tottenham Hotspur U9’s on a 2 year contract and Ali is hoping for many more players to follow in those footsteps.

“I’d love to see more Turkish players breaking through the system, but it all starts with good quality coaching. Children need to be in a good academy set up from early so that the coaches can develop them.”

Ali said it was important for future footballers to have a good academy training system that they attend, so that they can develop all parts of their game.

“Good quality coaching makes a huge difference to children. They need to be comfortable on the ball and in 1v1 situations so that as they get older and go into different environments they can stand out.”

Ali was chosen to manage the Karma when they visited Istanbul last month and took a group of 16 Turkish players to the TFF Riva Facility to train like professionals for a week and play against newly promoted Super Lig team Umraniyespor.

It was the first time that a team from London had gone to Istanbul to play at the Milli Takkim’s training ground and it was the first time that they had won against a professional team in Turkey.

The match finished 2-0 and now Ali is looking to develop the next set of turkish footballers to see where they can end up.

If you would like to book directly on for a trial (18 months – 7 years) you can do it here: www.efacademy.co.uk

If you would like your child to join one of Ali’s teams (U6 – U12) you can email him here: info@efacademy.co.uk
