Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank have announced the name of their nw born son.
The Queens granddaughter welcome August Philip Hawke Brooksbank on February 9 at The Portland Hospital in London.
Paying tribute to her grandfather the us of Philip was use while its believed that August is choose after Queen Victoria’s consort Prince Albert, whose middle name was Augustus, and Hawke is a Brooksbank family name.
In a post on her Instagram Stories, Eugenie, 30, wrote: “On his grandfather’s birthday weekend, thinking of my grandfather, we are introducing our little boy. He is named after his great grandfather and both of his great x5 grandfathers.”
He was born 11th in line to the throne but will move to 12th place in the line of succession after it was announced that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expecting their second child.
